DCAP is the ecosystem builder bringing together the university, financing partner and career & tech industry players to offer this unique education financing program to parents.
DCAP will facilitate the application of parents and perform preliminary credit assessment. Final decision of approval will be based on the bank's discretion.
We will perform assessment for subsidy eligibility based on financial position of parents.
During the course of study, DCAP will provide students with exposure and experience with latest tech & AI developments and entrepreneurship through events, sharing and mentorship from seasoned entrepreneurs, funding opportunities by investors and hands-on job opportunities at DCAP's affiliated partners.

Once your loan is approved, the bank will disburse the full approved loan amount directly to APU in a single payment on your behalf. The loan amount will not be paid directly to the applicant.
